The future of digital experiences is conversational, adaptive, and context-aware.
We call this the Empathic Web.
AI has significantly changed both what is technically possible and what users expect. Traditional websites are visited less often, and when they are used, people compare the experience to interactions with LLMs: they want to feel understood, receive context-relevant answers, and be addressed in a personal way.
The event is funded by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. As part of the application process, bayern design provided advisory support.
