To mark the opening of the new 1000 Satellites location at Weisses Quartier, experts at the 2026 mcbw discuss spaces, leadership, technology, and the future of collaboration.
The opening of the new 1000 Satellites location at Weisses Quartier brings together professionals from different fields to explore the future of collaboration.
At the center of the evening is a panel discussion on the relationship between experimentation and impact in contemporary work environments. The conversation looks at how spatial design, leadership approaches, and digital technologies can shape productive and meaningful forms of collaboration.
Key questions include:
- How can spaces foster meaningful encounters and playful exploration?
- What forms of leadership create scope for experimentation while preserving orientation?
- Which technologies strengthen collaboration instead of adding complexity?
- How do hybrid work models and evolving routines influence the way we work?
The discussion will be moderated by Lisa Glassner (1000 Satellites). Perspectives and experiences will be shared by Konstantin Landuris (Studio Landuris—Future of Playground), Romy Möller (Leadership Coaching—Future of Leadership), Allan Chester (Any2Any—Future of Technology) and Andrea Lipp (Workplace Strategy—Future of Workplace).
Following the panel discussion, guests are invited to continue the conversation and connect at a networking session in the new space. Guided tours of the location will also be offered. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Participation is free of charge. Registration is required as places are limited.
