Worry about making the wrong decisions if there is not enough data.
So we measure, test, and analyze.
But do we still actually crunch the numbers ourselves? Or have we long since handed their interpretation over to the next analysis, the next dashboard—or even to AI?
Many organisations respond to this uncertainty by stepping up their activity: more content, more channels, more initiatives. Complexity becomes a form of reassurance. Possibilities begin to masquerade as strategy.
This raises a simple question: what happens when companies decide not to play everywhere in this playground?
