Design in healthcare and social sectors means more than logos and websites.
This lunch talk shows how design, communication, and participation help make identity visible and build trust.
Social organizations and healthcare institutions shape the everyday lives of many people. At the same time, they face the challenge of making their work, values, and culture more visible. They also need to address different audiences at the same time: employees, patients, and the wider public. Especially in times of staff shortages and increasing demands on communication, the question arises of how organizations can communicate their identity more clearly and build trust.
In this context, design is often reduced to individual elements, such as a logo or website. Yet design can do much more. It can create orientation, build trust, and make visible what an organization stands for.
In this lunch talk, social design expert Tina Bachmann and Lydia Hilebrand, a communication expert, will share inspiration on how social organizations and healthcare institutions can use design, communication, and participation to strengthen and communicate their identity.
The event is aimed at professionals from social organizations, umbrella organizations, and companies in the healthcare sector who are interested in questions of design, communication, and organizational development. After the presentations, there will be time for dialogue and debate over a shared snack lunch.
