In a curated short format based on the 5×5 principle—five slides, five minutes, one perspective—we explore this year's mcbw motto “Playground of Possibilities.”

Our starting point is the concept of third places—spaces between private life and work that enable participation and collective creation.

Three thematic clusters bring together nine perspectives:
- Courage and Initiative: spaces emerge when people dare to break new ground
- Experiment and Discovery: spaces as playgrounds for new forms of togetherness
- Impact and Future: encounter is the cradle from which community and collective agency grow

Within each cluster, three voices from different disciplines take the stage. After each block, the space opens up for brief dialogues and responses. Perspectives, pace, and tones change with each thematic shift. An evening designed as a dynamic field of thought and encounter. Join us for an evening of inspiration and open debate.
