Why the interaction of space, leadership, culture, technology, roles, and responsibilities is essential for an effective workplace system.
Workplace is often discussed in terms of either spaces or working models. Yet work itself is neither a purely spatial, nor an HR concept.
On this evening, we step together onto the playing field of work. Here, it becomes clear why design amid uncertainty can only develop its impact within the interaction of space, leadership, culture, technology, roles, and responsibilities as a system.
In the interplay of two perspectives, it becomes clear why change often grinds to a halt in organizations. Not due to any lack of willingness or ideas, but because change is frequently initiated as a single measure instead of viewing work as a system that can be intentionally designed.
The evening throws opens a new perspective on workplace as a space of possibilities—and shows why room for play always needs structure.
