Jonas Rehn-Groenendijk holds a doctorate in design research and is an industrial designer. His research and teaching focus primarily on the connection between design, behavior, and experience in the context of health promotion and sustainable development. He has teaching experience in Germany, Switzerland, and the UK, and is also a reviewer and expert consultant.

As host of the "Gesunde Gestaltung" (Healthy Design) podcast, he seeks to highlight people and approaches in health-promoting design. He is a certified preventologist.
