Catherine Spet

Catherine Spet (*1998) lives and works in Vienna. After completing her bachelor's
degree in Media Technology with a focus on audiovisual media, she studied Digital Design in the Experimental Media master class at UAS St. Pölten and Philosophy at the University of Vienna. Afterwards she completed her master studies in Experimental Game Cultures at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. She sees her artistic focus in the synthesis of various media-theoretical and techno-philosophical concepts and their influence on societal questions, with a special interest in artificial intelligence, AR, XR, and game art and building audiovisual experienes. In this context, she regards art as a means to evoke and explore those questions. Catherine Spet works as a graphic designer & VJ.
