Matthias Schmiedbauer

As Managing Director at Manyone, Matthias works at the intersection of brand strategy, digital product design, and AI transformation.

He brings together researchers, strategists, and designers into high-impact teams that translate strategic visions into user-centred solutions and measurable outcomes — making the world a little more colourful and livable along the way.

Before joining Manyone, he led transformation projects for global brands such as BMW and Lufthansa at frog Design. He co-founded the Munich studio of Star, a global digital design and development firm, built the in-house design team for JBL at Harman International in Shenzhen, and played a key role in the early growth of Designit Munich.
