The design language developed by Cornelius Réer is characterized by subtle coloration, clear function, and striking design. The goal is to create objects that are self-explanatory in terms of function, aesthetics, and clarity—even though their apparent simplicity often masks a complex design and manufacturing process.

Samesame is a series of reshaped glass objects made from standard bottles, which are transformed using traditional craftsmanship. The original form remains recognizable, but takes on a new, contrasting aesthetic, resulting in high-quality, unique one-of-a-kind pieces.
