Workplace strategist, interior architect, and founder of SOUL4WORK Studio

With more than 17 years of international experience—including nine years in Sydney—she brings perspectives from Australian work culture to organizations in German-speaking countries. Her focus is on designing work as a system through the interplay of space, leadership, culture, and technology. With the SOUL4WORK strategy, she supports organizations in developing work environments that combine economic strength with human effectiveness.
