As a Creative Director, he guides sustainable brands such as Alnatura through change processes. He has received national and international awards for his work. With his creative team, he bridges the worlds of culture, communication, and the future. Niels has been a member of the Art Directors Club since 2009. He is the founder of Salon Schwabing, a space for art, literature, creativity, and exchange.
