Annika Joachim, Mona Schmidt

Annika Joachim and Mona Schmidt met during their studies at Kunsthochschule in Kassel and soon discovered their similar approach and views on design. Alongside their studies, they quickly started working on projects together. They combine their observations from daily life with a humorous approach and transform them into playful interventions. Both share a fascination with everyday objects and a practical and experimental approach to designing. An important part of their working process is close communication and curiosity, in which ideas are passed back and forth like ping-pong balls to keep up the continuous workflow.
