Viki Lund

Viki Lund is a chef, food artist, and creative director. She creates multisensory experiences in which food, through installations and performances, becomes a medium for storytelling, encounter, and reflection. After training at Brenners Park-Hotel—where she won gold and silver at the German national championships—she went on to work in fine dining restaurants. This was followed by business studies at LMU Munich, where she wrote her bachelor’s thesis on multisensory design and the influence of visual and auditory stimuli on taste perception. Based in Munich, she creates formats for international brands as well as the art and cultural scene, and has realized pop-up events in South America and Asia, most recently at a gallery event in Seoul.
