Christiane Bausback

Christiane Bausback is a design leader with over 26 years of experience at the intersection of strategy, urban innovation, and human‑centered design. As Managing Director of N+P Innovation Design, she leads multidisciplinary teams in Munich, Vienna, and Atlanta to develop future‑focused solutions for Smart Cities and mobility ecosystems. Her work brings together physical spaces, digital layers, brand identity, and human behavior into clear, coherent design ecosystems. She has collaborated with clients from start‑ups to global companies and has received international design awards including the Red Dot Award and the iF Product Design Award. She is also active as a jury member, keynote speaker, and mentor in international design programs.
