Oliver Szasz

Oliver Szasz is a professor, researcher, author, keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator specializing in design methodologies, design theory, and inter- and transdisciplinary research. His consultancy work applies design-led methods to facilitate collaboration across disciplines and in complex research contexts. His research examines design-led, arts-based, and agile approaches as enabling practices for collaborative inquiry and for addressing complex societal and environmental challenges. Since 2011, he has served as Professor of Design Management at Macromedia University, where he also leads the international Master’s program. In addition to his academic work, he has co-founded several companies and an NGO dedicated to advancing design thinking within organizations.
