Dr. Jürgen Baier is a physicist (PhD) and Managing Director of isento GmbH. For over 25 years, he has been actively shaping the IT industry with strategic foresight and deep technical expertise. Having successfully guided numerous projects in agile software development, his focus has shifted toward the cutting-edge synergy of (humanoid) robotics and Artificial Intelligence.
He takes a particular interest in Reinforcement Learning to enable machines to master complex tasks autonomously. This passion has fueled pioneering initiatives such as the open-source project pib.rocks and the AI platform TRYB. Through these ventures, Baier demonstrates how technological excellence is redefining the future of work, bridging the gap between theoretical science and practical, high-tech application.
