At the dawn of a new era where technology and creativity intertwine, I discovered the potential of AI for design in 2017 during a seminar on technology and art. That moment sparked a journey at the intersection of design and AI—leading to a bestselling book, my own conference, and a professorship in Design Management.
Over time, I sought to create impact beyond academia: bringing insights into practice and tangibly improving user experiences by means of AI. Today, I work as Design Director at Virtual Identity, lead a UX team, and have established the AI Ambassador Program to foster a culture of experimentation and application.

My vision is an “Empathic Web,” where AI makes digital interactions more intuitive and more human.
