Franziska Parschau

Franziska is the founder of What Now?!, a consulting firm specializing in creative business and creative leadership. After graduating in design, she spent over 20 years shaping and bringing together creative communities: as a curator for TYPO Berlin and TYPO London, as a co-host of Creative Mornings Berlin, and at the Adobe Creative Residency, where she supported emerging creatives in Europe. Franziska believes that integration of leadership and systems is the key capability enabling creative studios to reach their full potential. In her consulting work and workshops on creative leadership, new business, and organizational design, she works with founders and the entire studio—because change never starts only at the top, but everywhere at once.
