I support people who sense that their understanding of leadership is changing—whether they are stepping into leadership for the first time, or are already in leadership and seeking a way of leading that feels authentic. My work connects personal development, leadership practice, and systemic thinking, because meaningful change grows through awareness, relationships, and genuine encounters—from individuals to teams and organizations. I created the leadership program “zusammenWachsen,” a protected development space where leaders from business, education, and public institutions learn together and develop their own way of leading. I work with individuals as well as organizations and HR leaders who seek to cultivate leadership culture and enable real transformation.
