The mcbw hub turns into a design shop. The pop-up store in the Ruffinihaus offers a curated selection of special design pieces based on the annual theme – put together by FrischesDesign / Edition MUC.
For the first time, mcbw is opening a design pop-up store in the Ruffinihaus—right in the city center. A curated selection of distinctive design pieces with attitude awaits: bold earrings, pearl bracelets, magnetic molecular brooches, clever office accessories, fashion and home pieces, conceptual ceramics with pops of color, visionary seating, playful toys, paper wallets, mouth-shaped glass vessels, blooming ready-mades, and prints with wow factor. A small design universe full of imagination.
The pop-up store is open from Tuesday, April 28 to Saturday, May 9, 2026 (except Sundays and public holidays) and invites visitors to discover extraordinary design, find new favorite pieces, and experience the diversity of the regional design scene.
The mcbw hub at Ruffinihaus also hosts the official mcbw info point, where visitors can pick up the latest magazine, learn more from our media partners, and get answers to all festival-related questions.
